The end is in sight for MPI Discovery on the Topside Installation phase of the Rampion Offshore Wind Project, and MCC have been awarded the contract to De-mobilise the vessel and prepare her for a stint on the Rampion OSS.
During the 10 day period at MPI's Tees Offshore Base HQ, the vessel will be returned to clean deck with the removal of all of the Topside Grillages and the Tag line system will be removed along with all 3rd party equipment.
MCC will also remove the Hull sockets that were installed during mobilisation to facilitate the revised boat landing location.
